Using less resources and being energy-efficient
All our intentions were always future-oriented. That included the efficient use of energy and the conservation of resources. When planing our new kitchen we also followed this principle.
Early March 2016, on behalf of the VDI Zentrum Ressourceneffizienz GmbH , a company of VDI (Verein Deutscher Ingenieure), a camera crew even recorded a video on this topic at our house.
The kitchen is integrated into a modern energy management. And in accordance with a comprehensive waste prevention we feel properly positioned for the future.
Meanwhile the magazine Gastronomie-Report published a report on this subject (in German language only) in their issue Ausgabe 7/2016.
